MFP Wealth Management is a progressive, family-run firm of Chartered Financial Planners that helps people retire successfully. We provide tailored pension and retirement planning advice to affluent families approaching retirement.

We are seeking an experienced paraplanner or senior administrator to join our team of three in our office in Mudeford, Christchurch on either a full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the financial planner in shaping client proposals by (subject to experience) conducting analysis and tax calculations, building cash flow forecasts, and writing recommendation reports.

You will collaborate closely with clients and providers alike to manage the entire client journey from initial enquiry through to regular progress meetings, including preparing and processing relevant documentation.

You will ensure all work is compliant, stay up-to-date with industry changes and technical knowledge, and contribute towards the continual improvement of our processes.

About You

You will have proven experience as a paraplanner or senior administrator working in financial planning and ideally hold a Level 4 qualification.

You will possess a high level of accuracy, strong technical expertise and experience of retirement and pension planning, and the ability to work closely with both the team and clients.

With excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and superb communication skills, you will thrive on managing a variety of responsibilities. Your high levels of computer literacy mean you are comfortable using the latest technology and software.

• A full-time or part-time position (spread evenly from Monday to Friday), based in our offices in Mudeford, Christchurch.

• FTE salary up to £50,000 (highly dependant on experience).
