Dramatic Global Life Expectancy rise over last 70 years

It will come as no surprise to learn that global life expectancy has been steadily increasing over the last 70 years. Professor Andrew J Scott in our podcast conversation about his book ‘The 100 Year Life’ a couple of years ago said that our growing longevity is perhaps one of our greatest achievements of the 20th Century.
