In order to benchmark our service and internal processes against the British Standard of best practice we are committed to a process of ongoing assessment which ensures that our processes and services are continually assessed by an independent certification body on an annual basis.
We chose Standards International as our external assessors and following this year’s assessment Michelle Hoskins, Founder and Managing Director of Standards International, commented:

At the same time as being re-assessed for British Standard BS 8577, I underwent my annual assessment for ISO 22222, with which I was successful. ISO 22222 is an internationally agreed benchmark that assesses and awards financial planners who can demonstrate that they have the knowledge, skills, experience and ethical values to deliver a first class service to their clients.
